2026 Parent Leadership Conference

June 10-12 in Washington, DC!

The PSO Parent Leadership Conference brings together parent advocates from across the country who are passionate about school choice. Join us for one-and-a-half days of informative panels, facilitated small group discussions, and influential speakers aimed at moving the parental choice movement forward and improving educational outcomes for all students. We'll also take our advocacy skills to Capitol Hill to meet with members of Congress. In addition to honing new advocacy skills, there will be plenty of opportunities during the conference to have fun and network with leaders from across the country.

Important Information


FLIGHTS: Book flights into Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Please book your flight as soon as possible. DCA is about 10-12 minutes from the hotel.

PARKING:
On-site valet parking is available for overnight for a fee of $65 per night.For oversized vehicles, there is a fee of $75 per night. Vans are $150 per night. Hourly parking available for non-guests.

TRANSPORTATION: There are no shuttle buses to the hotel from the airport. Please plan to take a taxi/Uber/Lyft.

*Note: Reimbursement for your flight and any related travel costs (i.e. your cab ride to and from the airport or parking) will be arranged through your coalition manager.

HOTEL INFORMATION:
Your rooms on the nights of Wednesday (6/10) & Thursday (6/11) will be reserved and paid for by PSO. However, if you wish to extend your stay beyond these two days at this hotel, please email Kristen (kristen@parentsforschooloptions.org). You will be responsible financially for any additional nights, and a credit card will be required at check-in to cover those expenses.

*Note: Do not call the hotel and book your own room. PSO will be providing the hotel with a master rooming list of all attendees.

To ensure adequate space for registered attendees and to support full participation in conference programming, PSO-sponsored sessions, meals, and events (both on-site and off-site) are reserved exclusively for registered conference attendees.

We welcome attendees who choose to travel with family members; however, conference attendance is expected at all scheduled PLC functions. To maintain the integrity of the program and respect the investment made in each attendee, we ask that participants plan accordingly and remain present for all required conference activities.

Please note that PSO does not provide childcare services and is not responsible for the supervision or safety of children or other non-registered guests. All minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
